LE NAIN VIOLET
100% GRENACHE NOIR
Le Nain Violet is the domaine’s principal red, sourced from our Grenache vineyards. Richly flavoured, it spends 12 months in barrel, with only a small percentage of new oak.
Concentrated, yet elegant, it is a pure expression of Maury’s black schist soils – layered with black cherry, damson, wild herbs, and a subtle mineral edge that lingers on a velvety, seamless palate.
Grenache is at the heart of it all. It thrives where nothing else dares to grow. Without hardship, Grenache can be thin and forgettable – but with it, something magical happens. It transcends.

GREEN EGGS & VIN
A FIELD BLEND
High on a hillside above Maury lies a vineyard that feels almost timeless. Less than a hectare in size, it may be the oldest in the village – a century-old plot that has quietly endured the passing of time.
The vineyard was never planted with a single varietal in mind. It’s a true field blend, farmed the way it once was. Grenache Noir forms the heart, supported by Carignan Noir, while woven among these vines are whites – a mix that was no accident. A century ago, farmers knew that scattering white grapes among the reds brought balance, lifted the wines with freshness, and offered insurance when one varietal or another faltered.
The vineyard itself is a living time capsule, established the old way – through marcottage or cane layering – where new vines were born by bending a living cane into the soil until it took root. The result is a continuous chain of old vines, each carrying forward the same DNA.
Green Eggs & Vin is history in a glass – pretty yet profound, with old-vine complexity and quiet concentration. Only two or three barrels are produced each year.

FINAL DRAFT
100% CABERNET SAUVIGNON
While the terroir of Maury is renowned for its world-class Grenache, we have long believed this exceptional micro-climate could reveal new dimensions through other varietals. Final Draft Cabernet Sauvignon marks our first venture beyond Grenache – a bold exploration of Maury’s untapped potential.
Final Draft stands alone as the only Cabernet Sauvignon bottled in Maury. It carries the richness and opulence more reminiscent of Napa than of classic Bordeaux. The nose brims with cassis, dark plum, and nuances of cedar and graphite. The palate is concentrated yet balanced, unfolding into a long, velvety finish.
A wine of intensity and generosity, crafted for those who appreciate Cabernet’s deeper, more voluptuous side. Very limited production.
Varietal: Cabernet Sauvignon
Vines: 25 years old
Vineyard: Trellised, black schist
Elevation: Steep terraces – 150m above sea level
Fermentation: Gentle extraction with native yeasts, manual punch-downs throughout fermentation
Ageing: 18 months in French oak

POMPIER
100% GRENACHE NOIR
Pompier is our négociant project – a collaboration born from friendship and respect for Maury’s remarkable terroir. Each year, we select vineyards from the local cooperative, where Richard makes the wine on site before blending with Grenache from our own Domaine. The wine is aged partly in concrete tanks, with a quarter of the production spending time in French oak.
The result is unmistakably Pertuisane: a supple expression of Grenache Noir layered with bright red fruit, wild herbs, and spice – honest, aromatic and deeply rooted in place.
The name Pompier (French for “firefighter”) was inspired by a handmade toy fire truck we discovered years ago at a local vide-grenier. After spending more than a decade gathering dust in our garage, it now proudly appears on the bottle – proof that while wine can be serious in the glass, it need not be solemn on the label. A wine for all occasions.
Varietal: Grenache Noir
Vines: 10 – 60 years old
Vineyards: Selected vineyards from the Cave Coopérative de Maury and the Pertuisane estate. Black, stony schist soils
Elevation & Terroir: Steep terraces – 150m above sea level, broken schist
Fermentation: Gentle extraction, native yeasts
Ageing: Part concrete, part French oak
Style: Crunchy red fruit, balanced, expressive
